Jump start your Tuesday with the "best brewed coffee in Englewood" accroding to Kusanya Cafe which is the newest sit down coffee shop in Englewood. They're known for making their own in house chai and serving up custom made sanwiches named after R&B or Hip-Hop legends, like the Ham Master-Jay or the Tuna Turner.

While you there get to know your local barista Barbara who greets every customer with a warm smile and attentiveness. She says, "I enjoy making real fruit smoothies for my customers because they leave feeling satisfied and they know they're in good hands."

Kusanya Cafe recently opened in Novemeber 2013 and is already buzzing around Englewood and other communities in Chicago. In just under three months, Kusanya has had raw and edgy Chicago talented artists like Rita J, musicans like Doug Nestler and even musical acts like Diz Crown who've either paid visit there or even hosted peformances at the cafe.

Kusanya Cafe is open Monday-Saturday from 7am-7pm and provides free wifi. They're located at the corner of 69th Green Street (825 w. 69th)
