Borrower grants for up to $15,000 Down Payment Assistance!
The MMRP Grant Homeownership Program will assist individuals and families who Purchase or Purchase/Rehab a property within the Targeted MMRP boundaries. Call Heather Windmon @ 773.329.4202
Program Guidelines:
In order to be eligible for the MMRP Grant Program, the property and applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Property must be a 1-4 Unit
- Property must be Owner Occupied
- Property must be located within the MMRP Target Area
- Borrower must attend a HUD certified 8-hour Homeownership Workshop
- Household Income can’t exceed 120% AMI
