Opening Day for the Englewood Police Youth Baseball League

Englewood Police/Youth Baseball League’s mission is to reduce negative attitudes, hostilities, and opposition of youth and their families to law enforcement; increase understanding of the experiences of inner-city youth among police officers; and create leadership opportunities for youth and their parents in community policing planning and implementation in the Englewood community.
Englewood Police/Youth Baseball League consists of boys and girls ages 9 to12. We espeically encourage families living in Englewood to get there young people involved. Programming starts this Spring  going into the Summer 2016.  Our dedicated players have been in pre-season since early May preparing . Come out and support them June 29th, 2016 at Hamilton Park, 513 West 72nd Street from 3–7:30 pm. Festivities, Food, and Entertainment begins at  3:00 and the games start at 5:30 p.m.
