Bright Community Services Now Providing Employment Services in Englewood

Bright Community Services, a nonprofit in Chicago, opened its Englewood Employment Services program in April 2016, and now provides services by appointment right here in Englewood, available by calling 773-597-8865.

Bright works with clients to help them with their near-term employment needs as well as helping them plan out the path to their long-term career. Services are free, and consist of training (including vocational training), direct job placement assistance, help with logistics and transportation, case management and referrals, and vocational mentoring.

Bright's services are centered and customized around the needs and goals of the individual people they serve. We first find out from the client where they want to be in two weeks, where they want to be in six months, and where they want to be in 20 years. From there, we can work with clients to help them with acheiving their near-term employment goals as well as helping them map out their long-term career path. Through this approach, clients can both look for a job for their near-term needs, and also work toward their goals of a very prosperous future.
