Englewood Your Vote Matters - Submit your Vote Today!

Submit your vote for your favorite Englewood project to receive up to 8K from Whole Cities Foundation!!  There are seven hopeful finalists who made it to the community voting round which started on August 18th and will run until – September 19th.  YOUR vote will help determine which fresh, healthy food access projects in the Greater Englewood area receive up to $8,000 in grant funding from Whole Cities Foundation.  We are asking that individuals vote only one time online for their top 3 projects.

Englewood Park Take Over Continues to Ogden Park

The Englewood Park Takeover Continues....4 parks down, 3 more to go!!  Our next stop is Ogden Park on August 5th at 6500 S. Racine from 3pm-7pm. There will be FREE Food, Live Performances, Art, a Resource Fair and more!

The third stop of the So Fresh Saturday Tour is headed to Hermitage Park at 58th & Wood on Saturday, July 8th from 3pm-7pm! 

Englewood Arts Collective Invades Lincoln Square

ENGLEWOOD ART is INVADING LINCOLN SQUARE.....Join Tonika Johnson, Cujo Dah, Jovonna Jackson, and the Resident Association of Greater Englewood this Saturday, July 1 from 6pm -10pm at 4249 North Lincoln Avenue as we share our art with our neighbors on the north side.

Support RAGE in the 2017 Strides for Peace Race Against Gun Violence

June is National Gun Violence Awareness month and R.A.G.E. is preparing to kick off the month by participating in the 4th Annual Strides for Peace Race Against Gun Violence on Thursday, June 1st. The event is held at Grant Park – Upper Hutchinson Field – 200 E. Balbo Drive starting at 5:30pm.

Join the Resource Fair at So Fresh Saturdays!

The Resident Association of Greater Englewood (R.A.G.E.) is excited to kick off our Englewood Peace in the Parks Tour - "So Fresh Saturdays" on June 3rd! This year we are taking over seven parks in Greater Englewood in the name of peace!  We would love for your organization to participate this year in our resource fair. This is an opportunity to share information about your services or organization to over 1000+ residents in Englewood.

The Resident Association of Greater Englewood hopes to see you at our next Englewood Village Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 21st, 6:00pm-8:00pm at TEAM Englewood Community Academy located on 6201 S. Stewart Ave. Refreshments will be served.

Celebrate Black History Month in Englewood

Celebrate Black History Month by indulging in hand-crafted African artifacts, accessories, clothing and more! The Resident Association of Greater Englewood, also known as R.A.G.E., will be hosting an African Pop-up Shop Fundraiser on February 14th and February 15th at Hamilton Park Cultural Center from 12pm-5pm.

Midnight Circus at Returns to Ogden Park

This Saturday the Midnight Circus kicks off it's tour in Englewood at Ogden Park, August 27th beginning at 3:00pm right after the historic 54th Englewood Back to School Parade. The Resident Association of Greater Englewood has a limited supply of FREE tickets for the Sunday Show on August 28th! This will be on a first come first serve basis.

The Frame Shop Chicago Gives Back to Englewood

Kenneth Johnson Jr. who is a Englewood native recently hosted an “I Am Englewood” Photography Exhibition which was held at the Frame Shop Chicago located at 3520 S. Morgan Unit LD, back in July. The owner, Cole Glassner truly admired the work that speaks about the beauty of Englewood and will now give 25% back to the Resident Association of Greater Englewood and the Englewood 5K. 

The So Fresh Saturday Tour Heads to Ogden Park

The Resident Association of Greater Englewood also know as R.A.G.E. is back with the Englewood Park "PEACE" Tour which will continue on to Ogden Park - 6500 S. Racine on July 30th from 3pm-7pm! There will be free food, entertainment, resources, workshops and more.
