I am a disallusioned investor in Englewood who started a project with some well meaning partners as a project manager and contractor. Our home was in the 5900 block of S. Sangamon, west of Halstead. We were mis-lead to believe we could complete a project with a crew of workers under the guidance of professionals and wound up with a half completed home unfit for resident living. We have now contracted with a local contractor from Englewood and have a mostly completed project with promise and looking for an interested family or ministry partners to purchase for use in the Englewood community.
