hours are Monday / friday from 6am / 12 am
i am a licensed home daycare provider ,i 've been licensed for 10 years, through the state of illinois , i 'm currently enrolling childrens from 6 wks / 5yrs , i offer education curriculum , nature walk, field trips ,home cooked meals , arts/ craft, E- L earning assistance music drop in/ back up, half /full days.afterschoolers, seasonal, babysitting , date night, vacation coverage , temporary care, holiday care , parenting class.for all these services must call me two days prior to services , and must bring child change of clothing etc. i have daily rates !!!. need to run some errands ? get some washing done? ,wanna hit the gym? etc. rates as low as $50.00 ,enroll by April 1st,2021, and i will waive the register fee of $15 .00 .offer ends April 30 th, 2021 ,i accept all form of payment illinois action for childrens etc, all childrens are welcome regardless of race, color , creed , etc. dcfs,award childrens of the state etc. are also welcome requirements physical form ,medical card, work/ job schedule ,if you refer 3 peoples and they are approve by illinois action for childrens , you get a gift certificate , feel free to check more about me and my services on google or my facebook page etc, if you call , text me i 'll get back to you . enclosed large back yard , no pets , adt system .all walk-ins etc, services must also make and appointment .
