South Side Pediatric Asthma Center Resource Line

Asthma Resource Line

The South Side Pediatric Asthma Center (SSPAC) is a multi-institution partnership powered by UChicago Medicine’s Urban Health Initiative. The mission of the SSPAC is to improve health outcomes for children with asthma by facilitating access to care, promoting standardized treatment and educating through community engagement and outreach. The SSPAC recently launched an asthma resource line for community members to call to ask questions, learn about asthma-related community resources, and get help connecting to their primary care physician.
