Target Area Development Corp and Communities Partnering 4 Peace invite all men, women, boys and girls to "Whipped Up Wednesday: Get Fresh For The Weekend & SuperBowl". At the community first event, attendees will be treated to FREE haircuts/hairstyles (first come first serve until limit reached, hair design and style restrictions apply), food, music, fellowship and community resources.
