Direct Hire:
Recruiting and placing candidates in full-time core positions with client companies.
Professional Search:
Provides access to qualified professionals across the Express network for full-time positions. Express has the recruitment experience and expertise to deliver professionals that meet detailed technical specifications.
Onsite Systems:
Staffing services performed on-site at the client’s facility. Onsite programs can be custom designed. Express coordinates the processes of recruiting, ordering, placing, tracking, reporting, etc.
Payrolling:
Administering the payroll function for long-term temporary workers for a client, where the workers have bee referred by the client, but are employees of a staffing company. Essentially, you are assigning “referred” associates for a reduced bill rate.
