Student Outreach and Re-Engagement (SOAR) Centers is a cross-agency collaborative focused on the re-engagement of chronically truant and out of school aka "Drop Outs" youth. The center will serve as a location for families and youth seeking support to re-enroll in school as well as a catchment center where families and community organizations may drop off school-aged youth found on the street during school hours.
