Hours of operation

RISE Children's Center is committed to offering services that are community-based and culturally sensitive. Counseling services are available at the main site by appointment Monday through Friday from 9:00am-8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am -3:00pm.

Main site: 300 S. Ashland, Suite 301

Neighborhood Sites include 6600 S. Cottage Grove (Woodlawn) and 2858 W. Diversey (Logan Square). Hours of services may vary at each location.

RISE Children's Center provides sexual assault counseling to children and teens 3-17 years of age who disclose sexual assault or abuse. Services are also offered to their siblings, non-offending parents or other caregivers within the city of Chicago.

There are NO fees for counseling or advocacy services.  RISE Children's Center strives to have a culturally and ethnically diverse professional staff to best meet the needs of clients. Counseling services are currently available in English and Spanish.

RISE Children's Center offers sexual assault counseling and therapy, medical/legal advocacy, professional education and training, and crisis intervention. A 24-hour service is available to respond by phone, in-person, and on site a local schools, churches, park districts, etc. To reach a trained rape crisis counselor after office hours, please contact the Chicago Rape Crisis Hotline at 1-888-293-2080.
