We offer a FREE LEGAL CLINIC the 2nd Wendesday of each month from 4-7pm at the AKArama Center located at 6220 South Ingleside Ave.
We provide free and confidential legal consultations with volunteer attorneys to residents needing assistance with: SSI/Public Benefits, Child Support/Custody, Domestic Violence, Divorce, Housing issues (evictions and Lock-outs), Expungement of criminal records and a host of other legal issues.
To schedule an appointement please call 312-341-1070 and push the button for the Woodlawn Legal Clinic. Walk-ins are always welcome from 4:00-6:00pm.
*If you need assistance with Expungement of your Criminal Record, please obtain a copy of your RAP sheet for $16.00 at 3510 S. Michigan M-F from 8am-12 prior to attending the clinic.
