 Cook and Can during a very special Wednesdays at Wood Street on September 25, 2013 at the Wood Street Farm Stand, 5814 S Wood Street.

Cooking and Canning at the Wood Street Urban Farm

Join us Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 11am - 3pm.

In addition to our regular farm stand and tours we will have a live cooking demonstration led by Chef Josephine McEntee of Emma's Kitchen, 12pm.

Also, learn to can your own creations with horticulturist and food expert Breanne Heath, 2pm.

The cooking demo and canning class are free and open to all. No purchase necessary to participate.

We operate the city's first and only certified organic production farms. Residents can enjoy affordable prices on organic food and even double Link dollars free at the farm stand every Wednesday from 11am - 4pm.
