We offer a FREE LEGAL CLINIC the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 4-7pm at the AKArama Center located at 6220 South Ingleside Ave.
We provide free and confidential legal consultations with volunteer attorneys to residents needing assistance with: SSI/Public benefits, Child Support/Custody, Domestic Violence, Housing Issues (evictions, lock-outs, etc.), Wills, Expungements and a host of other legal issues.
To schedule an appointment please call 312-341-1070 and state that you would like to make an appointment for the Woodlawn Legal Clinic. Walk-ins are always welcome too.
*If you need assistance with an Expungement of your criminal record please obtain a copy of your RAP sheet for $16 from 3510 S. Michigan Ave M-F 8-12 prior to attending the clinic.
