Operation Change Chicago (OCC) invites all Seasoned Women (ages 45 & up) to join us on a FREE health and wellness journey. We meet the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Saturday of the month from 10am to 12pm, April thru September, 2017. This event is FREE and is open to the public.
Where: Apostolic Church of God | 6320 South Dorchester Avenue – Room 203 | Chicago, IL | 10am-12pm
Come out on Saturdays to learn about:
- The impact of stress on your physical health;
- How to overcome diabesity, arthritis and joint pain;
- How depression takes a toll on your health;
- How to incorporate proper nutrition;
- How to make lasting behavioral changes.
OCC looks forward to hosting you! Participants learn from the wonderful speakers we have on tap each Saturday. Doctors from the Univ. of Chicago, Rush Hospital, Jackson Park Hospital, The Family Institute, etc.
