This introductory workshop focuses on students with no programming experience in Java. Basic Core Java concepts will be taught. We plan on covering Inheritance, Encapsulation, Primitive types and Wrappers, Packages and Access control, Polymorphism, Collections Framework and Exceptions.

Ramya Ramana

Ramya Ramana is an Oracle-certified Java programmer and a professional Scrum Master. She has experience in Java development working across domains like Banking, Retail and Storage. She is passionate about programming in Core Java, EE and Spring, Hibernate Frameworks.She is currently exploring Angular 2. Ramya loves to teach Java and articulate complex technical concepts in easy language. She also mentors students in their academic projects and volunteers with Code for Social Good. Ramya has a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering with interest in Sentiment Mining.
