Do you have concerns about your child's development?

Join Autism Speaks on Saturday, October 18, 2014 for the Early Access to Care Community Screening Event at Educare, located at 5044 S Wabash Ave. in Chicago.

The Community Screening Event is aimed at connecting parents and caregivers who have concerns about their child's development and connect them with people that can help.

Children will receive age-appropriate developmental screenings, and families will have the opportunity to meet with a clinician to discuss concerns. Local resources and service providers will also be available to provide information on taking the next steps towards a formal diagnostic evaluation and intervention.

For more information or to schedule a free, 1 hour appointment, please call Mary Rios at (224) 567-8573 or at mary.rios@autismspeaks.org
